Can An iPad Replace a Whiteboard?

Click to visit Doceri website.

Take a couple of minutes to read Can Your iPad Replace Your Whiteboard, over at the iPads in Education Ning. The post, written by Sam Gliksman, describes an iPad application, Doceri, which interacts with the projection device software installed on a computer, and it can even be used as a remote for the projector. Doceri, may require some tinkering during the install process, but it is clearly a step in the right direction. The app costs about $50.

Doceri, paired with an instant-on device like the iPad, may have the potential to make accessing outside resources as second nature as using a pencil in the classroom.
